Have just joined up so am looking for all the help I can get. Am a retired swimming instructure of 14yrs. Did walk 10klm daily until 7mths ago when I came up with a heel spur, so unable to walk too far at present, am dying to get back into it. Am trying a few exercizes to stretch the tendants and muscles of my calf. Feeling a bit down due to no walking as that always started my day.
