Why!!!???? I'm having a love/hate relationship with Keto.

I know the feeling but patience and persistence required. You could try a few adjustments with the balance of fat and protein and up the volume of vegetables you are eating. That has worked for me. I try to keep fat and protein intake roughly equal and aim for at least 4 cups of low carb veggies per day but try to stay under 20 net carbs. Just an idea to consider I don't think other people's input including mine is helpful.
