74,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,7 kg. Aún para ir: 13,6 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

That's right!!!! don't be frustrated with maintaining.....you'll kick butt this week.

I had two weeks like that! Patience pays off in the end. If you are doing everything right then the weight just has to come off! Keep the faith!
