June 1st! Please let me keep this up (I tell myself)!

Wasn't too happy to start the day seeing that I had gone back into the orange zone on my weight scroll...it's the reason I refused to enter weight for my last few posts! But I'm glad to bite the bullet and start consistantly logging again!

Weight increase from 174.4 to my current 176.2 isn't ideal, but it's better than being 182 (like I was during my time away from fatsecret). I went 24hrs without eating, since a big fight with my dad on Monday, and my want to gorge myself has dissapated since then. For 5 days I've been eating 1-2 meals (minimal portions) and then just drinking tons of water and eating watermelons...the pounds are melting off! I lost 6lbs in the last two weeks (most I'd say was water weight, but a lot of it was excess calories that I feel I was eating just because of stress).

I'm on day 1 of a cleanse with fruits, juices, vegetables in smoothies. Once I shower up and figure out what I'll throw in the blender, I'll be back to document it! Trying hard to jump back on this weight loss train...just gotta stick to it!! :D

Did a great job today staying away from tempting foods! Lived off of fruits (to include my initiation into Green Smoothies) and fruit-flavored cleanse water. Craving a baked potato with brocolli & cheese or baked mozzarella sticks like CRAZY!! Seems like my body must want dairy, so I'm excited to try the banana ice cream I made after work (frozen bananas, vanilla coconut milk, a dollop of peanut butter and 2 tsp of hershey's syrup since I had no cocoa powder), it's a nice alternative to fatty ice cream! Now just winding down before bed. =)

Currently Feeling: Slightly hungry, but good. Just fighting cravings with better alternatives.
Overall throughout the day: Drank the bottle of Cleanse water all in one sitting, so I was running to the bathroom every hour (especially since I drank another 1/2 of the bottle afterward). Won't do that again! Shared fruit with a co-worker that showed the most interest in my Cleanse water. Everyone was pretty curious! Felt great all day, wasn't even tired at any of my breaks.
