You are doing great...don't be scared to add in food, your body needs it, but just concentrate on what you are adding and how much and you will be just fine! Pizza is tough for me, it is my favorite, I just do small pieces and like you said if you fill up on salad you won't have any problems! Keep up the great work and have a wonderful weekend!
