Diario de aaldendo, 24 may. 12

It's Thursday, and I've done this all week...this has been the true test, since my . is now over..First, I have to say that skipping breakfast, snacks, and lunch and waiting until 2pm to eat has been surprisingly EASY. Now I am used to it, so I enjoy my coffee, and drink a half gallon or so of green tea all day, and I feel great, no cravings, and it's no big deal...the dinner meals are going well, I always get pretty hungry around 2 pm, so that's fine. Mostly what I want then is healthy stuff anyhow. But I seem to be rocking right along...I am preparing mentally for the days that will come when I won't be losing, gaining even, because in other attempts this has always bucked me off...but I will persevere, and I am pretty sure that eating once a day is one of the easiest diets I have ever done. I can't believe I was brave enough to try, and now, I wonder why I thought this would be so hard!
