okay today is the last day for the liquid diet and yesterday i caved in and had some soup but at least it was better then what i was thinking about. this would be the first time i failed on a liquid diet challenge. but at the same time i rather complete my insanity for the first time more then anything. Well let me get started with my last day of only liquid and slim fast here i come.
