I don't deserve this drop...

I ate a lot of crap, and had a bottle of wine during the week. But I blame it on SHARK WEEK, which is looming & leering at me!

Now that I've got my GF2, I will try & keep more accurate count of the food/drinks that I actually stick into my pie-hole... I always lie to myself, and then wonder why I'm not loosing weight.

6 x 3 Dead-lifts @ 80% of 3RM - I worked up to 30 kg's. (Coach told me that he can see the weight is too light for me, but he's the one that told me to take it slowly. Hahahaha)
