Go figure 🤔 lol. Ahh well slowly does it 😉 I don't mind if it takes several months to get up to my goal weight. After all the idea is to make lean gains 😉 Today I will be having a low cal day... Ala Dr Mosely...(non gym day) Trying for no more than 800cal max, Normally I have around the 3000 mark... The idea is to give the digestive system an easy day and to activate healthy hormones etc... If it goes well I will incorporate it twice per week.
Was weighing myself only once a week, sometimes two... But going to do it daily for a little while as I am curious how the fluctuations go🤔... Trying to put on quality weight while gaining as little fat as possible is quite a challenge, but at the same time exciting and fun 😀...

81,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 8,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 3,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
