Starting again tomorrow... 3 years ago I was 305 lbs and managed to get down to 205. After several tough personal situations, I slowly but surely began to give up living healthy. Didn't care about portions, fat content, health value etc. I found WW to be so simple ONCE I AM FOCUSED!
