3 pounds is great. And although 5 pounds would be better....your weight loss will never be consistent - it will fluctuate. I recall you making a similar comment earlier - so I checked you journal...same comment back on March 5! And you've lost 25 pounds since then...that's awesome!
Don't despair - keep on going - you are doing great. Celebrate what you have accomplished...and don't fret about what you have NOT accomplished.Just imagine what you will accomplish by year end. :)
