I was 76.1kg on the 3rd September but I can't seem to go back and put my weight in. Fasted yesterday, first successful fast in longer than I can remember. Helps me to reset and stop my terrible eating behaviour. I feel so disgusting at this weight, and quite panicked that I have so much to lose before my wedding in March. I really can't lose focus now. The stress of it all has been causing me to comfort eat and I absolutely have to break that habit. Hopefully I can actually start exercising properly now and that will help my stress. Having a shoulder injury and being sick the last 3 weeks has not helped so hopefully now I can truly get back on track.
