I'm not even trying right now :( I am actually waiting to hear if I got into a program called HCG Injections. I know several people who have done the program and have lost a ton of weight. So that is my next thing to try. I will record EVERYTHING on here and for sure only be weighing once a week. No daily weighing...thats so bad. My friend is doing the HCG drops and is weighing daily to see how it works. She is a bit depressed because she is on a bit of a plateau EVEN THO the program says you will hit a plateau!
