Walked over 20,000 steps in the weekend, ate ok, but had some snacks and dessert to finish the first half of the year, and start new regime, and going back to workouts for the second half of the year, with the goal to lose 8 kg max, min 6 kg and stay between 74-76 kg weight. Here we go!
82 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
