AH! Okay, I got back in town and went out drinking Friday. Of course, I gained some weight. Then I took a spur of the moment trip to Minneapolis to see a friend and it's always harder to be good when I visit. But nothing I can do about it now. I just stocked up on healthy foods and am ready to hit the gym after work.
