OK so I have been missing in action for the last 69 days and have not weighed myself in this time. I know I have put on a heap of weight as my clothes are all tight. I look at things I used to wear a few years ago, and wonder how on earth they ever fit me. Marriage issues, and unhappiness has driven me to put on the weight again, and I am determined to start again today. One meal at a time, one day at a time. Lifestyle changes. I hope everyone is getting the results they want. Back to the drawing board for me. I won't weigh myself for a few days now because I don't want to become discouraged. I would like to get back into the 70's by the end of the year. Positive thoughts and positive actions = positive results. Lets go!
