3fried mackerels, egg salad, half a cup of noodles, diet soda with half and half for lunch. walked almost 2 hours because i was strolling value village before gping home. the walk going home is about 1.5 hours. the soda,cream and 500 water is the only liquid i drank today. i am trying to lessen the amount of water i am drinking now. before i drink and drink water until i am very full, too full i almost vomit. i did it before to make my tummy feel really full. so far i am much comfortable not drinking too much water. drinking only when thirsty is my new rule. 136lb is my night weight
