Very very slow moving scale but it is finally going down again. Hopefully it will continue to do so. I am so tired of no movement or a .2 loss and it was really beginning to affect me and I was ready to quit. But I worked thru that and now I just have to keep sticking to what I was doing and hope that it will keep falling
