Dang. No loss but no gain either. Brought it on myself. Here's my tip; don't drink so much alcohol before weigh-in day. Crap. Still, no gain so...need to tweek a few things and move forward. I know what I have to do and will make those changes and see results next weeks weigh-in. I'm choosing to not let life alter my attitude. Life is good I've just made some poor choices. If I can't be honest with at least myself there is little hope for success. I accept the curve balls life throws you. I just need to get a bigger catchers mitt and show up for spring training. My husband says pitchers and catchers have already reported so here we go. It always a good idea to re-evaluate. Of course I'm pretty sure I've said that before. I am truly taking baby steps and it's time to up the pace. I have new summer clothes I want to fit into. I've got 20lbs to go before getting them on me. I CAN do this. I think my head has been in the maintenance mode instead of the get it done mode. I've been so happy with the way I feel, the clothes I'm now able to get into and often, my reflection in the mirror that I've lost some of my initial drive. Time to get that back and step it up again. I still have work to do. Starting now I am back on the clock. Good timing too cause I've been pretty lax on the weekends. No more of that nonsense. I'm going to go on record and say my goal for next weeks weigh-in is 4pounds. Here we go! Keeping the faith!
