Just finished off my breakfast cottage cheese (2%) and blueberries. Have not had cottage cheese in a long time, forgot how nutritious it is! Besides being low in carb, 1/2 cup = 4 gm, and high in protein 1/2 cup = 12gm, it is also full of vitamins B12, calcium, B6, A and magnesium. A powerhouse of a food. Now to get some work done.....
