Diario de exxtoexx, 23 feb. 12

The last few days have been though. I can't remember when i decided that i was going to make myself get on the treadmill everyday, no matter how much that i didn't want to. I bought a small tv and put it in front of the treadmill, still got my shows in, and sweated a lot. The cravings are down for only this being the fourth day of changing my life. I have had a few slip ups, but this is my first week and i will not beat myself up.
103,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 37,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
