welcome back...its been hard for me to thru the winter months an the colder mornings..so like you im just now gettin bck into a daily habit...but together we can do this once again..one foot infront of the other..start out slow with a short walk an keep adding on each week or when you feel like its gettin to easy to do the walks...thats how i do it..if the walk seems easy i add more on..or i keep track on my pedometer to see how fast im walkin my route..an try an do better times...
