Diario de Simavision, 06 mar. 10

So I am on Day 2 of walking every day for 21 days. I walked to the MDs office and back yesterday and My David gently reminded me last night that 21 days makes a habit. So I may allow the occasional rest days and oops days afterward, but not for this first stretch. I have some trips and such in the middle so it will be a challenge but I WILL do it!
117,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,6 kg.    Aún para ir: 37,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

welcome back...its been hard for me to thru the winter months an the colder mornings..so like you im just now gettin bck into a daily habit...but together we can do this once again..one foot infront of the other..start out slow with a short walk an keep adding on each week or when you feel like its gettin to easy to do the walks...thats how i do it..if the walk seems easy i add more on..or i keep track on my pedometer to see how fast im walkin my route..an try an do better times...
