Well, I enjoyed the great food on Christmas and do not think that I excessively over-ate, but, nonetheless, I had a major carb hangover the next day. My weight is actually down a pound from pre-Christmas weight, so I'm happy about that, But I just can't do the simple carbs anymore. Hope everyone's holidays were wonderful. Have a great new year.
