Ugh....I did soooo bad. I've been eating like crazy since Saturday, and yesterday for Christmas dinner it was AWFUL. It's like I've never seen food before, i'm ashamed of myself.
I got off the scale 10mns ago and it seems like i've gained 6 lbs. That's ridiculous!!!! Who can gain all those pounds in 2 days? Guess we all know the answer and it's ME. Well my monthly visitor will come by the end of the week, i hope it's all water retention and just a little bit from that sweet potato pie and all the other food that i ate. The good news is it will be all over in a few days. Bye bye HOLIDAYS.

I lost it during christmas to. I came in with a game plan and threw it out the window at the first taste of turkey! Dont worry. Im fairly certan that atleast some of it is probably water retention. I weighed 4lbs heavier yesterday morning then today. I think its all the extra Christmas carbs and not drinking enough water. Anyways good luck and hope you can get on track. Im bound and determined to do that today since I failed miserably yesterday.

I too gained five pounds in two days.....my visitor was here as well. I hope you will lose it as quick. I did drink enough water but had several pieces of cake (lost count after three) and then my friend gave me two pieces to take home to my freezer....you know they are not there now.....hmmm. What was she thinking? But the take off is gettin me on track. She wants to go out shopping with me today, but I told her I am on two day fast. So NO food. My friends just do not get it, and they too could stand to lose some weight. Although her doc just bugs her about 15 pounds.
