I was so disappointed I just didn't try as hard this week. I have to do better. I do not want to have diabetes!!!! More exercise, less cookies, better attitude, and of course prayer!! Dear Father I really want to lose 24 pounds by the time I see my doctor again. Please help me with my attitude and behavior. You are in control. Let your will be done in my life. Amen
