it's been about a week that i have'nt done my journals or diet/exercise diary and i feel terrible but it was due to a family emergency that i was unable to check in! sorry about that! but I am doing awesome now!

58,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,6 kg. Aún para ir: 4,3 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

Perdiendo 0,8 kg a la Semana
