Still at 186 despite baking biscotti and brownies!

Good workout on the elliptical stepper today. 45 minutes, 573 calories. I like wrapping up the workout with "Sympathy for the Devil" for any of you Rolling Stones fans. It keeps me moving for the last 5 minutes.

The big test for me is trying to eat right during the holidays. I'm going to sample a few tasty bites, but I've got to limit the size and number of "samples". Tricky. hahahaha.

84,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 8,6 kg. Aún para ir: 0,5 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

its been said before...but just not gaining during the holidays is an accomplishmente to be proud of. Losing during the holidays is exceptional...you're doing great! I think I need some rolling stones to inspire me on the treadmill!
