I have been off target for a while now. I am getting back in it to win it. I worked out 3 times this week which is more than the last 6 weeks or so. I'm proud of that. I need to get back to my daily am workouts. I see this 32 lb weight gain and it makes me sick. The healthy eating is the hard part, but getting in the gym makes it easier to keep up with the eating.
