Need to get out walking more. I've asked for an exercise ball for Christmas. Started using them at the public school I co-op at and loved it!!! Hopefully this helps out...I have also just recently gotten myself and my boyfriend skipping ropes for those chilly nights when we can't get outside...hope to start using them soon!!
