I have been so busy today. I had to do an observation at a school today. I woke up early today and I ate well. I exercised for two and one half hours. Now I am going to bed.

I did two 40 minute DVD's, 45 miutes on the stationary bike, 30 minutes on the elliptical, and 5 minutes of ab work.
