Australia Day consists traditionally with a BBQ. Well yesterday I had 2 BBQ's. I was cautious with what I ate and made sure I stuck below my limit. I guess my body is not used to thoughs foods again so I have put on a bit of weight from yesterday. Looks like my goal of getting below 140kg by the 30th is not looking so great now...
