Happy with the weigh in results...wasn't sure I was going to lose weight...ending the day with just over 2000cal, happy with that result.

I re-calculated my RDI...it dropped to 2400cal, so I'm making some progress...time to take some pictures again now that I am under 240lbs...I haven't weighed this little since I was 30!!

Next milestone, 230lbs...here I go!!

Thanks buddy!! Now I just need to keep it going...with the cut back in calories and more exercise, it should start coming off...still working out the kinks in my self control, but I'm getting the hang of the new healthier attitude. Later.

I took some pictures, but I don't see a difference from my 250lbs pics...so I will wait until I hit 230lbs before I post...Later.
