Well, I started Whole30 yesterday. It is not a diet for weight loss but rather a reset for your system. Essentially it is Paleo + elimination diet, should help determine if there are any food sensitivities. A number of people have said that it changes the way they look at food. Here's to hoping I have the same revelation.
