Today I didn't eat much...woke late and drank lots of coffee...need to be more careful...maybe I wasn't hungry since I ate so much yesterday, or maybe I was subconsciously guilty about yesterdays eating...either way, I need to keep my intake consistent...that is what will work best in the long run, and make the healthy choices...caloric intake is secondary to healthy eating...
