Everyone slips up a little every now and then. Vacations are definitely the hardest times to follow diets bc the whole point of a vacation is to just relax and let go of everything. You have lost 71 which is amazing! Don't let that small 5 lbs back get you down. If you just hop back on with what you were doing I'm sure you will have it back off in no time and feel great again! Just stick in there and next time you have a vacation just be a little more cautious. As long as we learn from our mistakes is what really counts.
