go even harder on the exercise. if u were training 3 times a week, make it 4 or 5. I know its hard to find the time to do so, at my busiest I do my workouts in the morning just 15 - 30 minutes (depending how much time I have and energy levels) before hitting the shower and then its over and done with. Also, when the food you eating is not the healthiest, it still does help to watch your portions.
