In order to have results that last a lifetime you need to commit to a lifestyle change. If you haven't done so already, you may want to visit your local library and research several of the current "diets" out there to find one that has a weight loss phase and a lifetime maintainence phase that is something that works for you long term. Fat Flush is a great plan, as are Atkins, South Beach, and Weight Watchers, just to name a few. Making the commitment to you and your health is key and I'm sure that you can do it!!
