I promise to follow the diet for 6 weeks! Today is the second day of the first week.
105,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 44,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.

In order to have results that last a lifetime you need to commit to a lifestyle change. If you haven't done so already, you may want to visit your local library and research several of the current "diets" out there to find one that has a weight loss phase and a lifetime maintainence phase that is something that works for you long term. Fat Flush is a great plan, as are Atkins, South Beach, and Weight Watchers, just to name a few. Making the commitment to you and your health is key and I'm sure that you can do it!!

I agree with slease' comments. Bigmama, are you comitting to 6 weeks to see if this works for you? if yes, then that might be workable to see how you like it. but realize the first 2 weeks are de-tox- and limited in what you can eat, so it's not representatie of the whole plan. After the 1st phase, you stay on Phase 2 until you lose all the weight you want to lose. so it will be hard to FULLY assess this plan after only 6 weeks. welcome, and good luck!

Thank you for your well wishes and comments. I chose 6 weeks because it is a committment I believe I can live with, something I can attain. Please stick with me, I've never lasted that long on a diet before.

Good Luck BigMaMa! We're here with you! Do you have a copy of the book? It's an important component in managing this diet. I've been on for a little over 6 weeks myself. I started thinking I'd only do Phase 1, but I'm seeing great results and now I feel I really want to stay with the plan until I lose all the weight I need. Welcome and feel free to ask any question you need.

I do have the Plan book, don't think you could do diet without it, I find myself referring to it often. I went out to eat yesterday and had no problem finding a restaurant that would accomodate this diet (I needed 4 oz of protein and a lot of steamed veggies). Took my own water and restaurant had no problem with this either. So far so good!!!!
