I weighed in today two pounds heavier. I am disappointed in myself. I did not stick to the plan. However, I plan to do better this week. I only need to lose one pound every week! I mean how hard can that be. I ate pastry that I shouldn't have. That was my downfall. This week my goals are: no sugary drinks and no pastry.
Okay. Here we go........
