I have been challenging myself to do 12 days in a row at the gym with one day off! Then I will try 12 days again! So for I'm on day 7! And I'm feeling pretty good. I'm eating well and enjoying the changes I'm feeling. I know I'm seeing my stomach taking shape, but not as much as I want to see, but I realize this is the mind trying to make me feel bad. I'm just taking everything in slowly! And I'm enjoying this ride!!!
