Today is Day 3 of induction and as of this morning I have lost 3.4 lbs!! I feel really good. I did have a terrible headache yesterday, but overall I'm feeling amazing!

93,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,5 kg. Aún para ir: 29,8 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

Perdiendo 3,6 kg a la Semana

Good job. Try chicken broth for the headache. Most of the headaches during induction are caused by an imbalance of electrolytes. The clear broth w/ sodium helps to correct most of this. Good luck.
