Just started working out again. Used this program 6 years ago and lost 25 pounds. Now I'm taking medication that I think made me gain weight. Now I need to lose 50 pounds to get back to my target weight. Hard to stay motivated every day.

I was out of shape a few years ago and was already starting to work out, then I lost a great friend who was a famous disabled triathlete. When he died I decided I wanted to do a triathlon and announced it at his memorial service. His story is so inspiring. If you have 5 minutes, you won't be sorry you watched it.
