I had to deal with the death of an old friend and major car repairs this week but still managed to stay on program so THAT'S major non-scale progress.

All part of the "take care of me" thing. I am able to deal much better with lifes stresses when I take care of me. I've been actively making an effort to work on the whole person healthy thing.
