Poor choices Saturday but I picked myself up put on my big girl panties and sorted it out for dinner, Sunday managed a hike up a giant hill and yesterday physio said things were progressing well. I tried to upload a picture of the glorious view but this morning I am not tech savvy! Have a good day FAR OUT now my symbols on teh key board are not there, I'm getting a coffee xx
