YES! Under the 180 mark again! The discipline is paying off! I'm not going to lie ... I do crave bread & pasta, but I had whole wheat pasta at a restaurant on New Year's Eve & it was really good! I only ate 1/2 of my spaghetti & it was just enough. No bread & no dessert! It was hard, but I made the right choices & I am proud! :) Now, off to the gym! Happy New Year!
