I haven't been doing to well on South Beach .. to much Halloween candy. I need to get control.. uggggg

84,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,5 kg. Aún para ir: 11,8 kg. Dieta seguida: Poco.

Ganando 0,2 kg a la Semana

I think you should check into here every weigh-day, every 7 days, and maybe you will be more mindful of the diet......Good luck.
