Glad this was broguht up. Everyone is saying that P2 is the biggest weightloss phase, butI am scared to death to start Phase 2. I know my body will just blow back up. I am thinking I will have one meal a week like a wheat pizzs or something and not venture too far away from phase 1. Personally, I am feeling MUCH better not drinking and eating badly all week...good luck with your wraps!
