My gosh...I can almost taste the 160's. I can't believe that I am actually lighter then what me drivers lisence says I am. That hasn't happened since my 20's.

I have been working out like crazy...lots of cardio. I've also been vry true to my diet. NO carbs and low fat. This seems to be working for me.

I'm hoping that I can get this last 5 pounds off within the next couple f weeks then I will probably change my goal to 159 (this is where the height/ weight chart says I should be.)
But, now I'm very happy with where I've come. I feel great and I know I couldn't have done it without fatsecret. All of you are my inspiration. Thanks so much!
