9st 8 (1 on at WW but that was after dinner this week unlike last week so that was fine by me!) Amazing result to stay the same so I'm happy with that! Over 100 miles (just) on my challenge but I've seemed to eat extra accordingly, oops :( Can't believe it's Sept already, which means we go to Iceland next month, so I need to fit into my ski trousers - always good to have a goal!
