So I go down last week, and now I'm back up. :(
I'm not even quite sure what I did wrong this week. I ate well throughout the week, and even though I had pizza Thursday night, I was still at 1600 calories, and then I did my normal eat out for dinner Friday/Sat night, with Sunday as my recovery day.
I played volleyball for almost 4 hours Sunday, and it was very hot outside. I'm also very very sore today. I'm thinking maybe I just have some water weight because of some reason or another, and I will go down next week. I'm open to other opinions.
I ran 5 times this week, and I'm back up to 2.75 miles non stop, and my heart rate stays in zone 4 most of the time, so I'm doing well. This week I'm going to keep the 2.75, and I'll go up to 5k the following week. Other than that, I'll just keep doing what I'm doing.
