okayyyyy. enough already!!!! Going to try "pouch test" next 5 days to "reset" gastric sleeve surgery? Supposedly this cleanses sleeve of carbs so it works like it did at the start of surgery. Hope it works. Have been going back to old eating habits and mindset-"start tomorrow ". Huge amounts of stress right now but eating like this is only adding to it :( Plus I broke my toe so exercise right now is out. Ugh!! All good- could always be worse. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger- right? :)
